so i think the resource is my chat, kschat.co.cc, because that the one i use the most.... it made by ajax https://blueimp.net/ajax/

and do that mean i need to stop using chat so it will not get Suspension again? but i don't want to stop using my web chat so what can i do??thanks

1) Find a chat that uses less memory and CPU.

2) Go into the code and find out whats causing the problem.

3) Tell less people to use your site.

4) Upgrade to paid hosting. This is the best option as you have less restrictions.

alright, and i have 2 problem one is this high server usage and the other is no ads and it because i don't know how that chat work i just download the pack so i have no problem when no ads if i not going to use chat because of high server usage...so can you unsuspended my accout first and i try out a new chat ? and i try my best to put ads on my new chat.....
