Help! I just received the final warning for account inactivity, but I can't log in to cPaanel because I get the same error many others are getting:

Connection timed out
I've tried refreshing the page, but nothing works! Can an admin or someone prevent my account from being deactivated? I get this error at these 3 urls: https://www.x10hosting.com/ https://www.x10hosting.com/portal https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login/do_login
