Dear x10ers,
Some users have received an email notification that they have not logged in and their account is being marked inactive, but they have logged in. This notification was sent out in error. If you received the notification and your account is functioning normally, no action is required on your behalf, other than the normal 30 day login.
If your account was suspended, then you can log in to your panel and request unsuspension, and your account will be restored back to normal.
Users that have been inactive for a very long time (90 days or more) will have had their accounts purged after the account was suspended for 60 days prior. If you had logged in before today and requested your account be unsuspended, but your account was terminated, please make a request in the support section of this forum. Note that only users who logged in before today and requested their account be unsuspended would be eligible for having their account restored.
Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. As always, thanks for choosing x10hosting.
