Account inactivity suspended, password not working

I received a email from x10hosting that my site www.k7jep.org was suspended for inactivity. Tried to sign in to unsuspend account and password did not work. Tried to change password and still get "invalid login information provided" message. Tried to leave a service request and the login for the forums which is different from the user name and password used for the website account was also invalid. What is going on?

I do not see a free hosting account linked to this Forum account and I do not see that domian in the system.

What is the date on the email?

I had to set up this forum account fresh. My first forum account name "bcarc" is also locked out and the password will not reset. I have had a free account there since 06/2010 under the domain www.k7jep.org. The first email was 08/09, the second suspended account email was just 6 hours ago. Account was originally on "starka" them moved to "absolut" server a few months back. Everything was working until 2-3 days ago. Copy of 2nd email pasted below.
