Account Inactivity Warning Continues But...

I've logged into the CPanel while authenticated after each warning e-mail, and I continue to receive the warnings in my e-mail. Am I doing something wrong?

I was using the link in the warning e-mail, which is https://x10hosting.com/portal/

I logged in at the link you posted. I'll wait and see if I get suspended.
