Account Inactivity Warning

I received an email 24 hours ago saying I had to login to my account portal to keep my hosting account active and I clicked the link provided and logged in but I just now 24 hours later received another email saying "final warning" to login to my account portal.

What am I missing? How do I do this to prevent my account hosting active?

Check at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ - if your previous action worked, it'll just show you your account info and give you the link to cPanel after you log in. There's a pretty good chance that you simply logged in after the activity scanner went past your account a second time; the list and mails are queued before sending, and the system doesn't re-check immediately before sending the reminder email.

Thanks for your reply essellar. That is the page it takes me to when I go to https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/. The 2nd and final warning coming exactly 24 hours later concerns me but I suppose I'll just cross my fingers & hope they pick up on my 2nd attempt. Thanks again for your help.
