Account Inactivity

Hello,

I received a notice of account inactivity and my hosting sites are not coming up anymore. I paid the $3 to not have an inactivity timer, so I am not sure if this is the problem or if there is something else involved. Please reply via email and let me know. Thanks!

I don't see your account anymore. What is your domain and cPanel? Also, when did you purchase the inactivity timer thing?

I purchased the $3 no inactivity a few days ago. The domains I have hosted are:

amishandsneha.com

I can't find any info on those domains. Post your cpanel username

Both have DNS nameservers correctly pointing at x10hosting's nameservers.

According to x10hosting's nameservers, you are on Old Lotus.

Which sounds like, for some reason, they did not transfer your account from Lotus to Fris . Or, your account was terminated and deleted before the move began June 11.
