Account Inactivity?

Hello, I just received an email from X10 reminding me to log into the X10hosting portal... I was not able to because apparently the login was down...

But the main point of this topic is to see why I got that email? I had just logged into the portal yesterday, so if anyone can check if something is wrong with my account, or if this is just with that issue stated in the status page.

One more thing, the URL in that email was outdated.

Hello, I have now received an email that I am suspended for inactivity but I logged in yesterday! I of course logged right back in but there is something wrong with my account.
