Account is Currently Suspended

Hi I setup an account here just under two weeks ago and I have not been able to get access to the net til today because of family issues and have found my hosting account has been suspended for this reason

Suspension Reason
user transfered to another server.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

This got me scratching my head because I don't remember doing any thing with another server, can I have this resolved and some information stating what I did to cause the suspension so I can prevent this happening in the future.
