Account is down, some help please

Hey guys,

Ive been hosted on a separate account on this server provided to me by one of the administrators as a thanks to my service.

My account is xene2.x10hosting.com however it seems like its been deleted. Can anybody help me? I have a lot of data there that i need.

You haven't given much info for us to go on. If you are on free-hosting, have you been logging in every 2 weeks as required? When did this happen? - are you aware that some accounts were lost during the server transfers a few weeks ago? Why haven't you been backing up your data to a local drive? (which is always good practice).

This is the Community Support section, & the majority of people here are just other members like yourself who unfortunately probably won't be able to help you with this particular problem.

You might get lucky, & have a member of staff come across this thread - but if you want a better chance of getting it seen to, you need to open a Support ticket.
