account is still not completely transfered

Hello,

My account ansec.pcriot.com is active, but I can't login to CPanel and my php script can't connect to mySQL
FTP password is ok.

P.S. previous support request was create few minutes ago (https://x10hosting.com/control/index.php?support&requests&t=125727&r=v)
but it redirects to nowhere ("Invalid Forum specified")
