account is still suspended

Hello,

I saw in status that You started Absolut migration, so I thought Lotus migration is finished and decided to write again. My account (ansec) is still suspended (since 24 June), logging into CPanel is unsuccessful, even after password change.
Please complete this mirgation and unsuspend my account.

Your site was suspended manually. I do not know by whom.

The reason listed is "Site explanation needed."

I think they want to know what you intend to use the site for, especially with the domain names you parked/added-on. Proxies are against x10's T.O.S. and lead to loss of account and all files/databases.

oh, second time explaining it per using x10hosting :biggrin:

There are no proxy scripts itself, this is just dynamic proxy list, updated by me.
So it's just a page that shows some data from mySQL database.
There are no outgoing connections and proxy daemons.
So, it does not violate the T.O.S.

Tried unsuspending it (was going to do a second check but that's the explanation I think they wanted); the main domain is still throwing a suspended page so I'm going to escalate this up so staff can get that part repaired so the site works again.
