Account is suspended but Forum account is active ?

To X10Hosting service:
My account is suspended since "inactivity", that means, there was no login of x10hosting forum recent 30 days, it is true, but, about these two days , account of forum was used, a few posts were made, so, the account of hosting should be restored, right ? Please take a look for it, thanks !

Normally you can actually unsuspend it from the account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php <-- there, but I unsuspended it for you anyways.

The other problem comes from needing to know what you have in http://20100420.x10hosting.com/remote/proxy/ though. What's in there?

The process is executed, but the status of account is still "suspended" .

2. /remote/proxy ,just likes its name, it is used as a web-proxy, works for domestic users who are restricted to access internet .

Since you have just admitted to having a proxy on your website, you are currently suspended for having a proxy.

Web proxies are not allowed on x10hosting and falls under our Zero Tolerance policy. This was part of our Terms of Service and therefore your account cannot be unsuspended for this reason.
