My account was supposedly suspended due to inactivity, but I had checked in on the forums just a couple days before my account was suspended. I appealed almost 2 weeks ago, and nothing yet.
I was wondering if/when my account can be restored? I cannot access my files by ftp, nor http, and I can no longer access my cpanel, but last time I could, it said I had 0 MySQL databases. My account has been like this for about 3 weeks.
I have restored your account, please allow 24 hours for it to become fully operational again. After 24 hours if you still have issues either re-open this thread or create a new one.
