Account is Suspended

I have thw host account 'tatief' and the web host 'dataforum.pcriot.com'
When i visit my web page I got the following message :

"Your Hosting Account is SuspendedYour account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com.
» Go to the x10Hosting Account Panel"

On Account panel I can loggin with the user name poyliadis19 but i can see only a new host account the 'etatief' wich is relative to 'dataforum.x10.bz'.

Either the 'tatief' host account was created with a forgotten account or there is something wrong with poyliadis19.
I need your help

'tatief' has no forum account. etatief is your currently linked hosting account. I'm guessing something got mixed up and you signed up for a second account inadvertantly. I'm assuming you want the account 'tatief' to be linked to your forum account and 'etatief' to be deleted. I will escalate this ticket to staff to rectify this situation.
