account keep getting suspended

Hi, my account is keep getting suspended for "high system usage" but i am not even using it too much, i just browse some pages on the website and it goes back to suspended.
i don't know what to do
please help,

From what i can see your system is using a lot of resources. Do you have any addons running on your Wordpress website?

it doesn't really have anything, its just plain wordpress.
