Account Linking Username?

I am trying to link my account but it keeps telling me "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I think my Account Username is the same as my forum name here, I could have swore it was. I would just like a confirmation of it or if you could specify what it actually is. Thanks!:happysad:


Actually I'm looking at it right now. Signed up but never got an email confirmation about anything I registered for. And now its not letting me sign up again.

Please allow time for the account details email to arrive. When did you create this account?

It was earlier this morning, I'd say around 7-8 hours ago. I found where to login to the CPanel but no combination of the username/password I could think of have worked at all.

Login should be
MNAnglers (I'm assuming its not case sensitive)

and I'm using the password I signed up with but I'm getting nothing.

What domain did you register?

I didnt register a domain. I picked a subdomain

I believe it was http://mnanglers.elementfx.com

I don't see your account in the database, can you try registering again for the account?

It wont let me register for new hosting. It says I have an account already, use it.

same here, sorry opened a new thread, could have sworn i set it the same as my forum details, no confirmation email.

Nevermind, I figured it out, I put .net instead of .com in my email... my bad
