Has my account been locked down? I can't update it.

Hi ted789,

Your account is in good standing; you are not suspended.

Could you provide us with some more details about being "locked down"? For example, what are you using to try to update your account (such as cPanel or FTP)? Are you trying to update your account information or the files on your account?

Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache after making changes to your website and before reloading your page?

If you mean that you have made changes to your files but you cannot see them, be aware that your server is being migrated to a new machine.
Edits seem to be on one machine and the Web sees another. Not sure which. You might have to redo your changes.
It should be straighted out soon.
