Has my account been locked down? I can't update it.

Could you provide us with some more details about being "locked down"? For example, what are you using to try to update your account (such as cPanel or FTP)? Are you trying to update your account information or the files on your account?
Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache after making changes to your website and before reloading your page?
