Account log on problem (forwarding error)

Hi,

I've searched the forum and found that other people had the same problem and it seems an admin has to fix my account.

Here's the problem:
I try to logon as I did before
I get the "successful" message and then "forwarding"
Finally, I can't log on and I get the message "An error has occurred processing your request"

If anyone could help me with that it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am not seeing a hosting account associated with this forum account. It seems that the hosting account "emalapee" is associated with another forum account. Did you have another username? It might be that your account is not linked to this login account and an admin may need to re-link it for you.

Thank you for your reply! The problem is not with the forum but with the x10hosting portal. I successfully log on, but there is an error while I'm being redirected to the portal page (where I can manage everything and access the cpanel). I do have another forum account associated with my hosting account (mathieu.boucher49) but I thought it would be better to create another one that matched my hosting username. But again, it should not interfere with the portal.

So it seems changing the password did it... Could have been a mismatch between cpanel and the SSO or it didn't like my special characters, anyway it works now. Thanks for the help!
