Account Login Error

I created a hosting account yesterday with the address

jhgraphics.elementfx.com

I received the conformation e-mail saying my account has been created and it gave me the username and the password that I used to sign up. Though when I go to log in I get a login error that says the username specified was incorrect.

If more account information is needed, just let me know.

You login to the Account Management Panel using your forum username and password.
