I am unable to log in to my account, probably for inactivity. I paid the $3 fee to avoid inactivity but still was unable to log in. I opened a support ticket about a week ago but recived no reply and now I dont even see the ticket listed. What is going on?

Are you unable to access your account panel or C-panel? if the later then you are likely on the chopin server, which is currently experiencing some delays during while it is being moved.
