Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

on the account managment panel, DO NOT POST ANYTHING ABOUT THAT

We know it doesn't work. Once the server maintenance is done it will work again.

Maybe it would be a good idea, if it's possible, to change that error and remove the line "Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue." Then you won't get as many dupicated posts.

yeah right.... try changing error messages so that people wont anymore post the same problem as others. :dunno:

I agree with TechAsh about changing the error notice. Because people are just following instruction. I would of posted here if i had not read this sticky.

Hi we know. Hi we repeat ourselves 100 times a day. We could just close the forums and make a big write up until the maintenance is done. Would that help?

I have found that by clicking the

"You will be redirected in five seconds.
If you do not want to wait, click here now."

before the redirect kicks in, you can avoid this.

Account signups are off for the period of maintenance. There is no ETA as this is a major upgrade that all free servers are undergoing.

As odd as it is, I think more people read the posts then the stickies/rules mabye it would help to just keep bumping this post, and not make it sticky. I still see a lot of those posts
