Account Managment Panel login

Hey folks...
I have tried a few times to log in to the Account Management Panel login but it keeps saying :
An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist.

even though I have got "Account Created" email.
I can log into cPanel though. :nuts:

Details ::
Username : phoenixb
Address : phoenixbomb.elementfx.com
