Account Missing

I am in the same situation as Andrew's. I did not update my site since Nov and now I could no longer login to my account. As the system still recognizes my email and that's why I can post my message here, I wonder if my account (posshack.x10.bz) can be re-activated? Please Help.

Please could you try logging in with your email address and password at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login? From there, you should be able to create a new account.

Thanks Dead-i. I created a new acc as you suggested. It's too bad all my files in my previous inactive acc are lost
