account moved and can't access now..

Hi. I got a problem...

i was originally on lotus, but now moved to fris (without i knowing it)...
i can access my site, but my sql is down.
i cant logn to cpanel.

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'buyphite_root'@'int.fris.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES) in /home/buyphite/public_html/miyoc/lsstockresult.php on line 2
Unable to connect to MySQL Server.

pls assist.

Try this for the MySQL:
Go into cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the list (without quotes)
Then try loading your page again.

Edit: nevermind, you can't access cPanel. Try changing your cPanel password through the AMP: http://x10hosting.com/control/

Fris is having problems that is probably why you can't login.

I'm having the same issue. The pages load, although it provides mysql errors as above. I haven't been able to get into cpanel either which is a little more distressing. Any word on when they're updating the ssl certificate and such?

Hi admins,

case closed.

Cpanel on fris is finally working.
added 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to remotesql for it to work.


cjc25, i tried my luck earlier and fris happened to let me in...
perhaps u wanna give it a try.
as long cpanel can login, you can add the remotesql for it to work..
