Account name change

Can you please change my domain name from ngclan.x10.mx to rtcwmatrix.x10.mx


I know its possible and I am hoping you will help me out and do this... this will be the one and only time I ever request a change of domain names. Hopefully nothing will be lost or deleted from the server when you do this. If so, I have it all on backup.

Okay, I changed the domain but it is not working.


Old: http://ngclan.x10.mx
New: http://rtcwmatrix.x10.mx

It takes about 24 hrs for the system to fully update. While that is going on, you will see the blue defaultwebpage.cgi

If you change it back, it will start the clock running again.

Okay, thanks.

I would highly suggest adding something like that on the site to notify users that it will take up to 24 hours. Most people, like myself will just assume its going to automatically update.
