By old webspace, do you mean an account that was terminated on x10Hosting? If your account has been terminated (which it seems like it was, because there is no hosting account associated with your forum account), then your data is gone forever. You need to make sure to keep local back-ups in case this happens. Seeing as you consider this hosting account "old," it was likely terminated due to inactivity. Twenty-four consecutive days of inactivity will get your account suspended.

Please stop providing our users with incorrect information. You were already told multiple times that this is the new support system, and submitting a new ticket will just reroute them back here.
