On my hosting panel, my account still hasn't been activated (Hosting) It says

Hosting account creation is not instant. Due to the shear number of signups we receive, there is a queue. While this is usually fairly short when server maintenance occurs the queue is usually slowed down or turned off to reduce the load on the server. Additionally with the network issue yesterday, I don't think any accounts were created in the time frame.
