account not active?

My account, chadlatta.pcriot.com has not been active for some time. I signed up again today and everything seemed to work but when I log in it says I have to enter my forum/cp panel account anme. When I do this, it keeps telling me that either account doesnt exist, even though I can log into both the forums and the x10hosting site.

How do I get chadlatta.pcriot.com working again?
