account not created and blank page

I signed up for an account and got an email saying:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was: 
[CENTER]Whm error: sorry that username (wanjohi) is taken.  check /etc/passwd (code create_1)[/CENTER]

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: [URL]http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup[/URL]

but then later i got an email that my account was created. but i cant log in to the account page (i can log into cpanel)

also, resently my domain has not been able to send email, it says sendmail disabled for security reasons, and some how today, all that is showing of my website is a blank white page.

To login to the Account Management Panel (AMP) you need to use your Forum username and Password.

oh, sorry about that, i was unaware of that. I have also noted that the server is down because of maintanace, and i have requested an upgrade of my php so as to have mail. I guess this issue is sorted then.
