account not found/can't sign up

Dear support,
I've been trying to reopen this free hosting account of a few weeks, but each time I go through the sign up procedure, the system has an error and I have to start over again -- the problem is of course that I have to use a new email address each time -- of which I have only two. Please help...

did you use different user name and password for x10 forum, control panel and a valid email id which is not in the x10 entry earlier. If all that then it should nt be a problem.
