Hi to all.

When trying to access to my account, the system tells me that there's a problem and that it may have been removed or suspended.

I think I have fulfilled all the points included the terms of service (https://www.x10hosting.com/legal/terms-of-service). I think you give a great service, and I would like to continue using it. I would appreciate if someone tells me what I've done wrong, not to do it again.
