account not linked - cpanel login

Hi,
i am loged into x10 control with username devious1 and this used to be linked to the cpanel at http://www.higher-education-choices.co.uk:2082/login/ but now i cannot login to the cpanel with username devious1 and the link on the top of x10 control page titled "Hosting" says i have no free sites listed with this account.
any ideas what login i can use to control that domain?
note that devious1 still works for ftp access but not cpanel...

incase it helps these are the details from my origional email on signup, but when i now login to the x10hosting control panel (not cpanel) the account has no hosting linked! yet the website it up and FTP still works on the old account username / passwords

Does linking your cPanel with your forum not work? It might be because you are on the old server.

i dont know how to link it myself, when i went to cpanel.website.com my user details still dont allow login which is my concern.
anyideas how to reset my cpanel loggins?

im sure there used to be hosting accountdetails directly under that line that are no longer there....
i only wanted to add a parked domain and now im completly locked out!
