Account not restored after crash

Hi,

During the crash of Cossacks, my account was suspended and when I reactivated it, my data was not there .

Is there a way to restore my account, or data is definitly lost ?

In these cases, even if the files are gone , the MySQL databases are still there. You should be able to see them from PHPMyAdmin.

Do you want me to escalate this to see if the files can be recovered? Do you have backups of the files?

Actually, I cannot check the phpMyAdmin interface because I can't login to cPanel :-(.

However, my website is a Wordpress Blog as the articles may still in the database but not the pictures. So if you could restore the data, and release my access to Cpanel, tha would be great.

From now, I'll do regular backup.

Update your password from account panel http://x10hosting.com/control and then try to login to Cpanel
