account not working help

Hi Administrator,
my account is suspened.... its not because of higer resource utilization, beacuse for last one week or so HTTP server (apache) was down. and when apache came back up, it says account is suspened and when i check the suspension reason it says "Account not suspened".
please look into matter.

Moved to level two support, it seems lots of people are having this issue, i will let an admin know about it.
