Account not working

My account was an adfree hosting on lotus server. Accounts were being transfered to new server but the thread in the forums was closed saying that the transfers are complete.

But my account is not functional and i can't access anything like my site, my cpanel etc. Please help....

I tried with the support host and they said they will re-create my account. But if you don't want it to be re-created maybe back up or something? I'm not sure.
