Account not yet deleted! Very poor service

I Requested to delete my account, including with Addon Domains

I was said the process will complete within 14 days - from 04th March 2011

Still no response! Account not deleted, can't use my account, can't do anything!

Please respond immediately and delete my account...

I'll delete the account for you now. Normally when a deletion is requested, according to new policy, we suspend the account with the reason "Deletion Requested" so that should a user wish to get the account and files back, we can do so simply by unsuspending the account. Of course, when there's a suspension, it's up to the server task that terminates suspended accounts to run.
