Account Panel error

I registered for a free web hosting account today. I received the confirmation e-mail, and entered the confirmation code. While trying to access my account I received an error that said the user name chaos was already in use. I was given two options: re-attempt signing up for an account; or cancel.

When I clicked on re-attempt, it told me my e-mail was not valid. What am I supposed to do?

Sign up using different email id. Cause you have submitted your email id so it is stored in database and you can't do anything for that.

You were told that the email address is not valid because it was already used in your previous sign-up, and there can only be one account per email address. I will escalate this thread up as a ticket to an account manager so they can remove your email address and unused account information from our system.

Please click on the bar above to be taken to your escalated ticket. Log in with your forum information. From there, tell the account manager what your email address is, and they will remove it from our system.
