Account Panel Login

I have registered for the hosting, the forums & am able to access cpanel.

I have used one of the templates & understand that I need to request a php upgrade - so far so good.

To request the upgrade I believe I have to log into my account at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

I can log in but the confirmation mail to enable the account is not arriving in my x10 mailbox.

Can anyone help ?

Did you enter your x10Hosting e-mail when you registered for the account (or first loggedin to the account)?

When I registered I used an old email account (now closed).

When I first logged into the account and was prompted for an email address to get a confirmation code, I used the X10 account. (I have checked and the correct address was entered)
