Account panel & Reptile site builder login problems

The title say it all really!

Everytime i try to sign into my account panel it says i have successfully signed in, but then sends me back to the login page, whether i wait to be redirected or not!

I can access cpanel fine, but when i try to use the site builder (using the same login details as cpanel) it takes a while to load & then tells me i'm using the wrong username or password, when i know i'm not.

So, has anyone any ideas?

Not quite sure how, but both of these issues seem to have resolved themselves so no response required now.
