Account problem

Hi,
Sorry for posting this here, but for some reason I couldn't open a support ticket, the forum said "This forum is not accepting new posts." I cannot log into my CPanel, it keeps saying "Login failed," even though my username and password is right. Can someone please check out my account so I can fix this?

Thanks, I must have missed that. I did check out the service alerts, but I thought it said they were done with the server migration. Looks like I need to read more carefully. Sorry!
