Account Problem

I recently deleted my old account and set up another one. When I tried to goto my Account page, it shows this.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I read another post with the same error saying that the account wasn't properly linked. I think that may be the reason. I am not positive so could someone help me out? Thank you.

Try logging in again, and linking your new account.

Great. I can goto the linking page now. But one problem. It says

The hosting username you specified does not exist.

My account username is supposed to be "Monkey46"

Have you checked your email for an activation link?

There's no activation link in the email. Just the account info.

An Ad-free account with the username 'Monkey46' was deleted on the 3rd of November.

I cannot find an active account with that username.

If that is so, Iwill try to make it again and see if the username is still available.I will edit the post with results. :biggrin:

okay. I managed to link my account. Thank you for your time and patience to check up on everything for me. I appreciate it.
