Account problems

Hi,

I've never been able to use the free hosting as it says the backend server (or something) can't tell what sort of hosting (ads or not) I'm on.

I really want to use X10, but can't without this being fixed.

Hello, you account doesn't seem to exist. It's possible that it has been terminated due to inactivity - since you say you've never been able to access it.

Can you try signing up again from the homepage and reply back here whether you can get it working or not?

Thanks for the reply.

Well I reapplied, got the email, logged in to my account, but have gone back to the original problem I had with X10, I can't log on to cpanel.

I did notice that my account says cpanel 10, but cpanel 11 comes up when I try to log in to my site.

I tried 10 times with correct login details, but still no luck.

Well try clearing cache once.

Also, try logging into http://Cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 using your hosting (cPanel) account information.
