Account re-activation

Hi, i have a little problem when i want to re-activate my x10hosting account , i log in , and it tells me to enter my CPanel username ... the problem is that i don't remember it (if i do have one) , if someones knows wath to do (example : you need to leave it empty...) please answer. Please if a staff member can help me ... please answer.

No sorry for the post i was so dumb... i didn't look in my spam e-mails to see if i had a X10 message... i 'm now waiting for my website to be online...
