Hi,
I don't know what happen to my account but it says

  • Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

On the sign-up form you should enter your current email address. This way you will not create a second account or need to confirm your address again.

the problem is that i cant create a new account.

Please read this post about new accounts.

also its possible your account was removed for TOS violations,
or your account was marked for deletion due to inactivity.
users are required to login at least once every 30 days.
then accounts are suspended and require restoration within 26 days.
still if no login or restoration the account is marked to be deleted.
deletion process is automatic, and usually not retrievable.

in some cases your IP might have been blocked as well.
preventing you from signing up again.

staff will need to check this for you.
but because the forums are based on volunteer help,
it might take time before staff of x10 replies.
