I had two accounts on X10 hosting. One of them I recently have found was block due to multiple account issues.
But after creating the 2nd account, I have informed X10 hosting support by email.
1st Account: carbon.tk
2nd Account: clik.tk & eduplus.eu.org

Please confirm me which account will be continued. Now I have a .me domain that I intend to host on X10 hosting.

at this time carbon.tk works for me. i dont see any blocks at this time yet

There is no block on website. Control panel is blocked.

do you see an error code ?
sounds like a multi-account issue if you cannot log in to control panel..
and if thats the case you posted to the wrong section of the forum.

there is now a 1 account rule in effect unless there was special circumstances where you had more than 1 for a long time.
