I paid $3 recently to disable the free hosting account suspension and termination of not logging into the X10Hosting Community Forum and have had nothing but errors trying to signup for free hosting such as support failing to find a solution to suspending my account creation until X10Hosting has decided to put the servers online again, sort out the entire X10Hosting user account control features such as changing your password as I only need to register for free hosting as my password is 2 characters longer than the limit of 16. I demand a $3 refund to my PayPal account immediently as X10Hosting has failed to provide me with what I intended would be free hosting and forum login not required for 1 year plus failed support. If I don't recieve this refund I will look into moving both www.indirectgames.com and www.indirectgame.com from X10 Domains Hosting altogether. I hope to hear from you, no response will result in the above.

I have relayed this to an administrator.

He will look into the char limitations of the password, if it is set by us it may be changed fairly soon, if it is by cPanel not so likely.

I apologize for any of the issues you have encountered. This is a tough time for the free hosting portion of our business and is not easy for anyone right now.

I have issued a refund of the inactivity timer payment to your PayPal account.
