Account registered, but not created?

So at 8:54 PM, I registed on x10hosting.com.
Its now past 9:40 PM, and I still havent received an email regarding my account's details. The only email i got was included a confirmation code and nothing else. I have confirmed my account, but I still havent received the email.

I searched the Support Knowledgebase: http://support.x10hosting.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=24

This told me to create a support ticket since i did not receive the email within 30 minutes. Hopefully this will fix my problems.

Even in my Account panel, in Server Status, i see "Coming Soon!". I am not sure what to see, but I dont think my account has been created correctly.

Someone put something on the domain linked to your account. And it is on x10hosting.

umangvaish.com is mine. i set up nameservers at godaddy.com, and created a temporary page using the sitebuilder in cPanel.

Edit: Why can't I access "Upgrade PHP Version"? PHP is included with the free package.

Everybody gets the same PHP version on the free package. It is 5.2.12 with some security settings enabled and some features disabled. There is no way to upgrade it on the free package.

I was worried because it said v2. I have a great knowledge of php, so i wouldnt want my knowledge to be restricted by the hosting. thanks!

php 5 is install on all free accounts by default...
