Account remaining suspended for a long time after clicking the button change it

Hi,

My account was suspended due to inactivity. I have logged in to remove the suspension, clicked the button and it still hasn't updated after about half an hour.

I just wanted to make sure something hasn't gone wrong.

Every once in a while we get a suspension that "sticks" and doesn't unsuspend properly; we're still investigating why (it's not particularly consistent), but in the mean time I have forced the suspension to remove, and access should be fully restored momentarily.
