I uploaded a nulled script oblivious to how bad they are. I rather use free/legal SMF 2.0 anyhow.

Or if not remove, please delete the bad files and re-activate it!

No. The addon domain will be removed when it's terminated sometime after 14 days. Premium sign up is here http://x10premium.com/. That addon domain will not be removed just for buying Premium, though. It still has to go through the automatic process of termination that will happen sometime after 14 days.
